Under Tex. Ins. Code § 4102.163, a roofing contractor may not also act as a public adjuster on the same property. We are a roofing contractor — Texas does not license residential roofing contractors, and we hold no adjuster license. We can document loss and provide Xactimate-aligned scopes; we can't negotiate your claim on your behalf. If you need that, hire a separately-licensed public adjuster.
