How a Northvale job runs

Every promise on this site reduces to a process you can hold us to. This is it, step by step — the same sequence on a $600 repair and a full replacement.

  • Local, and staying local.
  • Honest guidance.
  • A named project manager.
  • Roofs we stand behind.

1. You call or text. We book the same day.

Text or call between 8am and 9pm CT and you'll hear back fast — our target is under a minute during business hours. We book the inspection when you reach us, not "someone will contact you shortly."

2. The forty-photo inspection

Every slope, valley, ridge, and penetration — plus the attic where accessible. You get the full packet and written findings within 24 hours, including an estimated remaining life for the roof, whether or not you ever hire us. It's free, and it stays free. What's in the packet →

3. The written estimate — before we leave the driveway

Not a verbal ballpark, not "we'll email you this week." An itemized written price, standing offer, no pressure. If a repair is the honest answer, that's what the estimate says.

4. Materials, colors, and community approvals

We bring manufacturer samples to your driveway and quote options side by side — standard architectural, Class 4 impact-resistant, metal where it fits. Where your community has an architectural review process (in The Woodlands, Township approval is mandatory for every re-roof), we prepare and file the paperwork and don't order material until approval is in hand. How the Township process works →

5. Install day, run by a named project manager

You have a name and a cell number, not a dispatcher. Most replacements finish in one day — two for larger or steep homes — with the site protected, tarped, and supervised throughout. Repairs are usually same-day or next-day jobs.

6. Clean close-out, documented

Magnet sweep of the driveway and yard, full debris haul-off, final walk-through with you, and the close-out documentation packet: photos of the finished work for your records — and for your insurance file, where a claim was involved. Manufacturer warranty registration is completed on every install; what's covered and by whom →

If insurance is involved

The sequence gains a few steps — documented pre-claim inspection, the adjuster meeting, scope alignment — and the legal lines stay bright: we never touch your deductible and never act as your public adjuster. The claims process →
