Storm response

We move when the storm moves.

Same-day inspection. Forty-photo documentation packet for your insurance claim. No pressure, no door-knocking, no deductible games.

What we do in the 48 hours after a storm

  1. Same-day roof inspection — photo every slope, ridge, valley, and penetration.
  2. Tarp + temporary dry-in if active leaking — free, no commitment to full repair.
  3. Documentation packet — forty photos, hail/wind impact notes, and a claim-ready scope of loss.
  4. Adjuster meet — we meet your adjuster on-site. You don't have to be there.
  5. Written estimate + scope — matches the insurance carrier's Xactimate line items.

What we will not do

  • We will not waive or absorb your deductible. Texas law requires you to pay it (Tex. Ins. Code § 707.002) and makes it an offense for a contractor to pay, waive, or rebate it (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 27.02) — TDI warns of fines and jail time. Anyone offering to "eat it" is setting you up for a denied claim and criminal exposure.
  • We will not door-knock or pressure a signature. TDI's storm guidance is blunt: it's against the law for out-of-town contractors to demand a down payment before starting after a disaster, and you should never sign a contract that assigns work "for the value of insurance proceeds." We leave a written estimate and let you decide on your schedule.
  • We will not act as a public adjuster. Texas Insurance Code § 4102.163 prohibits a roofing contractor from adjusting a claim on the same property. We're the contractor.
